If I’m wearing an outfit that I think will allow your strap to ‘pop,’ I take a photo with one of my guitars. As the Obi strap I have is white and silver, I choose to take photos with darker clothes; however, the strap also looks great with a lighter background.”

D. LATORRE moves between blues rock and hip-hop, Spain and Japan, traditional guitar tone and modern rhythm. His current project, One Of The Ronin, gives that tension a name.

BIOGRAPHY
GUITAR, VOICE, GROOVE.
D. LATORRE is the project of Spanish guitarist, singer and songwriter Diego de la Torre. His music blends modern blues rock with hip-hop-inspired rhythms, bringing together raw guitar tones, soulful vocals and a strong sense of groove.
Drawing influence from artists such as Gary Clark Jr., Marcus King and Stevie Ray Vaughan, alongside hip-hop artists including Wu-Tang Clan and McKinley Dixon, D. LATORRE explores what happens when the rawness of blues and rock meets the rhythm, attitude and production ideas of hip-hop.
