Returns & Refunds

Because each Obi Guitar Factory strap is one-of-one, we do not accept returns for a change of mind once the item has been used.

If your strap arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at obiguitarfactory@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

For unused ready-to-ship straps, return eligibility may be reviewed within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made orders are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are covered by Obi Guitar Factory only when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or handling fees may be charged by your country or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or handling fees are not refundable by Obi Guitar Factory.
